Rieju Aventura 307 Rally: The lightweight Spanish trail bike that conquers the Dakar spirit

June 14, 2025

The Rieju Aventura Rally 307 is here to change the game. In a market saturated with heavy maxi-trails and motorcycles with more electronics than soul, the Spanish brand presents a real alternative for those seeking true adventure. Light, robust, simple, and efficient, the 307 isn't just another motorcycle: it's a statement of intent.

Designed from the ground up for those who dream of traveling the world, attacking a rally stage, or simply getting lost on a mountain track, this new mid-displacement trail bike is poised to be one of the most exciting options for 2025.

Engine: Compact performance with an adventure soul

The heart of the Rieju Aventura Rally 307 is a 293 cc, water-cooled, single-cylinder, 4-stroke engine with dual overhead camshafts and electronic fuel injection. This engine delivers a maximum power of 33.5 hp and a torque of 27 Nm.

The power delivery is progressive, with a power curve that's easy to use from the bottom, ideal for technical driving on tracks and trails. The 6-speed transmission, along with the slipper clutch, makes driving easier on both slow stretches and highways.

A simple yet effective engine, reliable, economical to maintain, and perfect for A2 riders or those looking for a hassle-free motorcycle.

Chassis and suspension: total control on all types of terrain

A trail bike must be able to adapt to any environment, and Rieju knows this. That's why it has developed a high-strength steel central spine chassis, capable of withstanding long days of intensive use.

The front suspension is provided by a 43 mm diameter inverted fork with 235 mm of travel and adjustable compression and rebound damping. At the rear is a progressive monoshock with 235 mm of travel, adjustable preload, compression, and rebound damping.

This package offers off-road capability far beyond what's usual in its segment, allowing you to confidently attack both fast tracks and rough terrain.

Tires, brakes and handling: ready for real adventure

The 21-inch front and 18-inch rear spoke wheels are the ideal setup for mixed routes, allowing the use of off-road tires without restrictions.

The brakes consist of a 300 mm front disc with a dual-piston caliper and a 240 mm rear disc. Both are managed by a disengageable ABS system, essential for safe driving on the road and off-road.

The package is lightweight, precise, and highly controllable, offering a direct driving experience without unnecessary electronic filters.

Weight and ergonomics: lightness without compromise

One of this bike's greatest achievements is its dry weight: just 137 kg. This, combined with its excellent ergonomics, makes it very easy to handle, even for smaller riders or those with little off-road experience.

The seat height is 890 mm, a high but reasonable figure for an off-road-oriented trail bike. The riding position is neutral, with wide handlebars, well-positioned footpegs, and a comfortable seat for long rides.

When stationary, it feels light. When moving, it's agile, stable, and very predictable.

Autonomy and storage: one of its great advantages

One of the Aventura Rally 307's star features is its fuel tank: a whopping 21 liters, an unprecedented figure in its segment. This allows it to easily exceed 400 km of range with low fuel consumption.

This detail makes it a perfect bike for long routes like the TET, the ACT, or trips through Morocco, where finding gasoline can be a challenge.

Aesthetics and design: Dakar spirit in every line

The 307's aesthetics are one of its main attractions. Clearly inspired by Dakar rally bikes, the Aventura Rally 307 features:

  • Navigation tower with dual LED optics

  • 7" vertical TFT display

  • Integrated side fenders

  • Rally-style high fenders

  • Aluminum skid plate

  • Reinforced handguards

The whole ensemble exudes adventure and solidity. There are no superfluous elements: everything is where it should be, with a practical and functional approach.
